Country Side Antique Mall was a dream of Steve and Sylvia Bauer in early 1990. At that time they purchased the old Windy Acres Truck Stop in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. It may have been the first truck stop in the state of Minnesota. The truck stop was located on Old Highway 52 between Rochester and Minneapolis/St. Paul. It was a very busy truck stop for cattle haulers going to South St. Paul and freight trucks going to Minneapolis/St. Paul. The building was remodeled and turned into an antique shop that opened on May 1st of 1991.

Country Side Antique Mall grew slow over the past 10 years while adding the best dealers we could find within an 80 mile radius. Currently, we house 50 dealers in 14 different rooms each with it's own decor. Our building features a 90 foot front porch with a large parking lot that easily accomodates motorhomes, trucks, trailers, campers and cars.

Country Side Antique Mall is open 362 days per year from 9:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Monday through Saturday and from 11:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.
